Wireless technologies are rapidly increasing and users are demanding more and more possibility to change their position with respect to the internet without breaking the signal. These services can be achieved by using Mobile IP or NEMO. In mobile IP, HA (Home Agent) and FA (Foreign Agent) concepts is used. HA is responsible for data delivery and due to this, infrastructure load is very high at HA. And with the help of Home agents the route they select are not optimal and the delay time is high to route the packet to its
